Tier 4/5, between “Critical / conditions aid” and “Critical on most positions”
In a February 2026 campaign video titled “Genocide in Gaza” he said, “Today I want to talk about the genocide in Gaza. Straight up a genocide,” said he is running “because we need to have at least someone in Congress not wanting to send weapons to the Zionists” and told Congress “don't send the weapons”; in another he called for a country “where we don't send billions of our tax dollars to the genocidal state of Israel to commit atrocities while our American citizens struggle here at home.” A working-class candidate raised in Ogden, running on Medicare for All, a wealth tax, abolishing ICE and “NO WAR”: he would end taxpayer funding of foreign wars and fight “blank checks to foreign countries for illegal wars,” in written lines that name no country.
A 4/5, on a thin record: two February 2026 campaign videos, beside a written platform that names no country. In “Genocide in Gaza” (February 3) he calls it “Straight up a genocide,” says he is running “because we need to have at least someone in Congress not wanting to send weapons to the Zionists” and tells Congress “Don’t send the weapons,” closing on “no war, no genocide, free Palestine.” In a February 1 video he calls for a country “where we don’t send billions of our tax dollars to the genocidal state of Israel to commit atrocities.” That is an unhedged end to U.S. weapons and money for Israel, argued on the genocide. His campaign site, Vote411 answers and iVoterGuide profile never mention Israel or Gaza; their anti-war lines (end taxpayer funding of foreign wars, fight “blank checks to foreign countries for illegal wars”) are blanket. Counter-case: a 5, since the cutoff is unhedged and repeated, and in the Gaza video he scoffs at the idea of a “defensive weapon”; but it rests on two videos made two days apart.
