Position

At an October 27, 2024 Working Class Party rally she said “public money should not be going to fund wars in Gaza, Ukraine, Lebanon,” arguing that “our tax money, public money, should go to public needs instead of public money going to gigantic military budgets.” A Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan worker making her fifth Working Class Party run for Congress, she campaigns on building a working-class party that reaches beyond the limits of union contracts.

Why not rated

Not rated: her published texts, from her 2020 candidate statement through the November 2023 convention speech and her October 2024 rally remarks, are about her work, schools, strikes, unions and a working-class party and say nothing about Israel or Gaza; she has no campaign site and has never completed a Ballotpedia survey. Her June 2026 convention speech, titled “On War Against the Working Class”, speaks of “the war currently being seen in the Middle East, Ukraine, and in other parts of the world” and says “We are already paying for the war in Iran, among others,” naming neither Israel nor Gaza. Her words on Gaza are in rally recordings: on October 27, 2024 she said public money “should not be going to fund wars in Gaza, Ukraine, Lebanon,” and on September 8, 2024 she named “the Ukraine or Israel or Gaza” among the wars that money “the working class creates” is “fueling.” None of her published speeches addresses Israel’s conduct, the genocide or Palestinians.
