Tier 1/2, between “Firmly pro-Israel” and “Mainstream pro-Israel”

Position

Sticker Mule CEO; won the June 2026 GOP primary (Trump-endorsed, over establishment pick Robert Smullen) for the open NY-21 seat Stefanik is vacating. Firmly pro-Israel on his own campaign FAQ: calls aid to Israel 'strategic,' says it 'keeps Israel indebted to us,' that 'Israel has always been a friend to America' and 'we would be foolish to abandon them,' and dismisses aid critics as pushing a 'fake narrative.' Largely self-funding (put in $5M+).

Why this tier

A 1/2, not a clean 1. He is firmly pro-Israel by campaign rhetoric — his FAQ calls aid “strategic,” Israel “a friend,” and Democratic opposition to it “irrational” — but as a non-incumbent he has no voting record, no authored Israel-policy legislation, and no pro-Israel money-leadership (he self-funds specifically to stay free of outside interests). His public brand is Trump, not a maximalist Israel identity, and he has expressed no concern for Palestinian civilians. He has not led on the issue the way the members at 1 have, so his pro-Israel rhetoric makes him a 1/2 — and, lacking even the votes incumbents have cast, a cleaner one than most.
