Tier 4, “Critical / conditions aid”
Her campaign Issues page says: “Stop funding Israel's genocide on the Palestinian people. This should be a no brainer - the United States shouldn't be funding the deaths of Palestinians including thousands of children”; Ballotpedia's February 2026 copy of the page read “Recognize Palestinian Statehood and stop funding Israel's attacks. Israel is committing genocide against Palestine.” She has signed a pledge refusing AIPAC money and lists Track AIPAC and CAIR Action among her supporters. A clinician who won the March 2026 primary, she faces Rep. Pat Harrigan.
A 4. She names the genocide in her own voice and ties it to an Israel-specific withholding stance: stop funding it. What holds it short of 4/5 is that the platform never says whether she would end all military aid, defensive systems included, or back a full embargo; it is a single platform line, and her February plank, recognizing Palestinian statehood, is a two-state-compatible step rather than a position questioning Israel’s legitimacy. Her endorsers (Track AIPAC, CAIR Action, a “Stop arming Israel” voting group) point the same way.
