Tier 3/4, between “Pro-Israel, critical” and “Critical / conditions aid”

Position

In a July 2026 campaign post she answers “AIPAC donations?” with “Absolutely not,” opposes integrating U.S. and Israeli military technology, says Israel “was within her right to retaliate against Hamas” but that Israeli forces “have clearly abused that power,” and asks voters to elect her so she can help “stop Israel’s genocide of Palestinians.” In January 2026 she wrote that she would have voted against H.R.7006, the FY2026 appropriations bill covering the State Department and related programs, listing among her reasons its funding for Israel “that perpetrates Gaza murders.” She runs on democracy, reproductive freedom, affordability and universal healthcare.

Why this tier

A 3/4. Her own words go past criticizing how the war is fought: she calls it Israel's genocide of Palestinians, opposes deeper U.S.–Israeli military-technology integration, rejects AIPAC money, and says she would have voted against the FY2026 State Department appropriations bill partly because of its Israel funding. What holds her short of a clean 4 is that she has made no explicit pledge to condition or withhold offensive weapons — the funding objection is one reason among several in a vote-comparison table — and she says Israel was within its right to retaliate against Hamas. Counter-case: a 4, reading the objection to the bill's Israel funding together with the genocide language in her own words as a stance against arming Israel.
