Tier 1/2, between “Firmly pro-Israel” and “Mainstream pro-Israel”

Position

His 2026 campaign states no position on Israel, Gaza or Palestine, but his 2020 campaign did: its issues page said “Israel is our number one ally in the Middle East, we must stand with Israel and protect their right to defend themselves” and “I supported President Trump moving the embassy to Jerusalem and recognizing the Golan Heights as part of Israel,” and his 2020 position letter, “Steadfast Support of Israel,” said “I support the reinstated economic sanctions against Iran under President Trump and foreign aid to Israel” and that the BDS movement “should cease to exist.” A Marine veteran and businessman who ran in the 2020 FL-19 GOP primary, he is the Trump-endorsed nominee for the newly drawn FL-22, running on the cost of living, a ban on congressional stock trading and election integrity, with a foreign-policy plank against Chinese aggression that pledges to "work in tandem with our great friends and allies around the world" without naming Israel. The Republican Jewish Coalition PAC endorses him, saying he “will be a reliable Republican voice for the Jewish community, the U.S.-Israel alliance, and peace through strength.” On Newsmax on October 26, 2026, by the channel’s account, he said his opponent, Pia Dandiya, opposes the U.S.-brokered Gaza ceasefire plan and will not denounce the Muslim Brotherhood, and criticized what he called “the hate towards Israel”: “I can tell you Florida District 22 will not stand for that.”

Why this tier

A 1/2. His 2020 campaign, in a FL-19 primary, set out a pro-Israel platform in his own words. Its issues page said “Israel is our number one ally in the Middle East, we must stand with Israel and protect their right to defend themselves” and backed the embassy move to Jerusalem and recognition of the Golan Heights; his position letter, “Steadfast Support of Israel,” backed “foreign aid to Israel,” said he has “supported Friends of Israel Defense Forces,” and said the BDS movement “should cease to exist.” In 2026 the RJC PAC endorses him as a “reliable Republican voice” for “the U.S.-Israel alliance.” None of it voices concern for Palestinian civilians, and as a challenger he has no votes or Israel legislation to weigh. The record is thin for this race: his 2026 one-page site and his 2020 Ballotpedia survey never mention Israel, Gaza or foreign aid. Counter-case: those words are six years old and from another race, and his 2026 campaign speaks only of unnamed “friends and allies”; beyond the RJC endorsement, his only current sign is an October 2026 Newsmax attack on his opponent over “the hate towards Israel.”
