Tier 1/2, between “Firmly pro-Israel” and “Mainstream pro-Israel”
Business consultant and first-time GOP nominee. Asked by iVoterGuide whether the U.S.–Israel relationship matters, she answered: “Yes it is important. The Middle East overall stability is constantly on the brink of collapse. Bolstering Israel, leveraging their intel and keeping a healthy relationship benefits the United States, but should never come before Americans.” Her campaign site and Ballotpedia survey do not address Gaza.
A 1/2, on a thin record. Her one statement is a strategic case for “bolstering Israel” with no expressed concern for Palestinian civilians, and she has no office, votes, Israel-related endorsements or leadership on the issue. She also tells iVoterGuide the U.S. is “too involved in others’ policies”, a general stance that does not temper the Israel answer. Open to a flat 2 if a Gaza-civilian statement surfaces.
