I · U.S. Senate, Kentucky · Tier 3/4

Tier 3/4, between “Pro-Israel, critical” and “Critical / conditions aid”

Position

Kentucky Party Senate nominee running on an anti-war platform. His campaign’s launch release (Nov 2025) says he will “get to work on diplomatic solutions to end the genocide in Gaza” and “build a bloc to cease funding that fuels the forever war machine”; his platform pledges an “immediate moratorium on all military aide [sic] (money, weapons, personnel) to foreign governments.”

Why this tier

A 3/4, on a thin record: one campaign release and one platform plank. His launch release (November 2025) says he will “get to work on diplomatic solutions to end the genocide in Gaza,” naming the genocide. But his weapons pledge, a moratorium on all military aid (money, weapons and personnel) to every foreign government, is a blanket anti-war stance that says nothing about Israel in particular, and the release’s promise to “build a bloc to cease funding that fuels the forever war machine” is just as general. No anti-Zionist, BDS or right-of-return position. Counter-case: a 4, if the funding sentence, which directly follows the Gaza line, is read as aimed at Israel.
