Clay Fuller

R · U.S. House, GA-14 · Tier 1/2

Tier 1/2, between “Firmly pro-Israel” and “Mainstream pro-Israel”

Position

Former district attorney who won the April 7, 2026 special-election runoff for the seat Marjorie Taylor Greene vacated and was sworn in on April 14; AIPAC and Trump endorse him. Before Congress he posted “Stand with Israel” (Oct 2023) and, the day after October 7, that “Iran gives Hamas 100 million dollars a year”; in Congress he cosponsored the U.S.-Israel FUTURES Act (H.R.7540, Sep 2026), voted against the July 2026 Massie amendment to strip Israel's military financing, for final passage of the national-security and State Department funding bill that carries that financing and for the September 2026 college anti-boycott bill, and against every Iran and Lebanon war-powers resolution that came up after he took office. His campaign site lists no Israel position; it notes his 2024 deployment as a legal adviser at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar supporting Central Command operations. On Oct 22, 2026 he wrote on X: “We must call CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood what they truly are: Terrorist organizations. We have to fight to defend the West.”

Why this tier

A 1/2, not a clean 1. His short voting record is pro-Israel without exception and his words — a 2023 “Stand with Israel” post and Iran-framed statements — show no concern for Palestinian civilians, so a flat 2 does not fit; he has written no Israel legislation and his one Israel bill is a cosponsorship, so there is no leadership on the issue. The placement rests on a handful of 2026 votes and should be revisited as his record grows.
