Colby Watson
D · U.S. House, NC-8 · not rated
No position on Israel, Gaza or Palestine found in his own words. A small-business owner from Indian Trail endorsed by the NC Democratic Party's Progressive Caucus, he won the March 2026 primary to challenge Rep. Mark Harris; his foreign-policy page says “No weapons should be given to governments engaged in human rights violations” and calls for “No more forever wars,” without naming any country.
Not rated: his weapons line is a general human-rights condition that never names Israel, and he says nothing about Israel itself. None of the 20 pages in his site map and none of his 2025 Candidate Connection answers mention Israel, Gaza or Palestine. If he applies the human-rights condition to Israel by name, that would read as a pledge to condition offensive arms and point toward the critical end (around 3/4); until then, unrated.
