Position

Asked in his 2026 Citizens Count survey whether military aid to Israel should require Israel to take certain actions to reduce civilian casualties, he answered: “We should stay out of foreign affairs that don’t effect us directly” — the same answer he gave on aid to Ukraine, the Iran war and the Maduro operation. The Constitution Party's state chairman, who names Ron Paul as his model, runs on constitutional limits and state sovereignty; his platform says “it is time to end U.S. involvement in wars abroad, stop sending foreign aid overseas, and focus on rebuilding our country here at home,” a blanket stance that names no country.

Why not rated

Not rated: his only relevant stance is ending all foreign aid and foreign wars, applied to every country, and asked about conditions on military aid to Israel he gave the same “stay out” answer he gave on Ukraine, Iran and Venezuela; his platform, about and endorsements pages and his 2026 Ballotpedia survey never mention Israel, Gaza or Palestine. Unrated until there is an Israel-specific statement.
