Edwin Rivera
R · U.S. House, VA-3 · not rated
No documented position on Israel, Gaza or Palestine found. A Puerto Rico–raised Army veteran and former police officer from Newport News challenging Rep. Bobby Scott, he runs on education (including HBCUs), toll caps, public safety, veterans’ benefits, Social Security and small business.
Not rated: his campaign site’s issue list and Ballotpedia’s July 2026 quotation of it contain nothing on Israel, Gaza or military aid, and he left Cardinal News’s whole questionnaire, including its Israel/Gaza question, unanswered. Unrated until a position is stated.
