Tier 3/4, between “Pro-Israel, critical” and “Critical / conditions aid”

Position

He is an Air Force veteran (2002–2022) who works in business development. His site’s “America First & The Middle East” section (as posted in October 2026) says he has been “deeply horrified by the ongoing humanitarian crisis in Gaza,” which “numerous human rights groups have defined as a genocide,” calls on the U.S. to “adhere to statutes such as the Leahy Law,” and pledges: “Until we get back to spending money in line with our values, I don’t support sending another dollar or offensive weapon to Israel.” The same section refuses AIPAC donations, calls October 7 “the deadliest day for the Jewish people since the Holocaust,” backs “ensuring the safety and security of our allies,” and condemns “attacks by extremist settlers” in the West Bank. On October 30, 2026, attacking Rep. Keith Self over a bill barring naturalized citizens from federal judgeships, he wrote on X, “If Keith wants to scrutinize foreign-policy influence, he should start with the money flowing into his own campaign,” listing first “AIPAC PAC, which promotes pro-Israel policies,” beside Albanian, Turkish and Iranian-American groups and foreign-owned corporate PACs.

Why this tier

A 3/4. His pledge to send not “another dollar or offensive weapon to Israel” until spending matches U.S. law and values is a withholding commitment tied to the Leahy Law — the reach toward 4 — and he refuses AIPAC money. What holds him short of a clean 4 is that the genocide finding is attributed to human rights groups rather than stated in his own voice, the pledge is conditional, and it sits inside a frame of October 7, Iran-backed terrorism and allies’ security. Counter-cases: 4, since “not another dollar” reaches past offensive arms; a flat 3, as a conditional pledge held inside a security frame.
