Tier 3/4, between “Pro-Israel, critical” and “Critical / conditions aid”
Forest Heights retired contractor, court-accountability activist and perennial candidate (the 2024 GOP nominee against Glenn Ivey), who won the June 2026 GOP primary. Asked by the Baltimore Sun in March 2024 whether the U.S. should speak out more clearly about civilian casualties in Gaza, he answered — in text garbled as published — that he “opposes the genocide taking place in the Gaza Strip,” and asked “since Israel has been part of the UN since 1949 why have they not stepped in with military intervention to protect innocent victims of this war.” No position on weapons or military aid to Israel was found.
A 3/4, on a thin and old record: one questionnaire answer from his 2024 race, partly garbled as published. Asked by the Baltimore Sun in March 2024 whether the U.S. should speak out more clearly about civilian casualties in Gaza, he answered that he “opposes the genocide taking place in the Gaza Strip” and asked “since Israel has been part of the UN since 1949 why have they not stepped in with military intervention to protect innocent victims of this war.” That names the genocide in his own words, early and without hedging. But he has stated no position on weapons or military aid to Israel, and nothing on the issue since. Counter-case: 3, since the answer is two years old, garbled and not repeated.
