Helene Neville

I · U.S. House, North Dakota at-large · not rated

Position

A nurse, cancer survivor and endurance runner running as an independent who limits her fundraising to $30,000 and takes no PAC money; her campaign site’s two dozen issue pages cover healthcare, agriculture, data centers, Social Security and democracy, with nothing on foreign policy. Asked in iVoterGuide’s 2026 general-election questionnaire whether the U.S. relationship with Israel is important, Neville answered: “Until the dictator is removed, I support the Israel people. It is difficult to answer question with a presidency and cabinet that lack intelligence, acumen, and autonomy.”

Why not rated

Not rated: the one statement on Israel is the 2026 iVoterGuide answer quoted above. Her answer backs “the Israel people” until an unnamed “dictator is removed” and takes no position on aid, weapons, Gaza or Palestinians. Checked her 2026 Ballotpedia survey and the campaign site’s home, biography and full issues pages; none mentions Israel, Gaza or Palestine or takes a position on any foreign conflict. Unrated until a position is stated.
