Jacob Anders
I · U.S. House, TN-4 · Tier 3/4
Tier 3/4, between “Pro-Israel, critical” and “Critical / conditions aid”
His campaign site lists “End The Endless Wars & No More Tax Dollars To Israel” among ten policy goals, and its foreign-policy section calls for “the support of Palestinian statehood” and a peace built on “international law, humanitarian relief, and a diplomatic framework that recognizes the fundamental rights of the Palestinian people,” alongside firm support for NATO and for Ukraine’s sovereignty. A historian and author, he is running as an independent, and his campaign’s supporters page lists the Citizens Against AIPAC pledge, a pledge not to take AIPAC money, and Reject AIPAC.
A 3/4, on a heading. “No More Tax Dollars To Israel” is an Israel-specific line among his ten policy goals — not a blanket stance, since he backs Ukraine and a stronger NATO — and his foreign-policy section supports Palestinian statehood and “the fundamental rights of the Palestinian people”. It goes no further because it is a single heading with no elaboration: no genocide language, nothing on weapons or defensive systems, and a foreign-policy section framed around statehood and diplomacy. Counter-case: 4, reading the heading as a pledge to end U.S. funding.
