Tier 4, “Critical / conditions aid”
Her campaign homepage says she “Has never taken Pro-Israel PAC money,” that Gaza “is currently suffering from a genocidal campaign that must be stopped immediately,” and “Block the bombs,” along with bringing in humanitarian aid and ending the famine, and that she “supports Israel’s right to exist, but not its interest in colonizing Gaza”; her site lists among her commitments refusing AIPAC money and “pro-Israel PAC endorsement, ending the genocide in Gaza.” Her Ballotpedia survey (May 2026) counts “ending genocide/war” among the issues downstream of her main platform, the MAD Act on dark money, surveillance and AI. A campaign blog post comparing her Gaza record with the incumbent’s (online by September 2026, revised October 3) says members of Congress should refuse money from any “Pro-another-country” PAC, “let alone Israel which is committing a genocide,” says she would “call what’s happening in Gaza a genocide, agree that Netanyahu is a war criminal,” faults Hakeem Jeffries because he “opposed Rep. Thomas Massie’s amendment to eliminate $3.3 billion in annual military aid to Israel,” and says, “if there is one thing that I do know, it is that Palestine should be free.” Her campaign’s Oakland page (online by October 7, 2026) says she “stands with” the coalition led by the Palestinian Youth Movement that wants the Port of Oakland to bar military cargo it says is bound for Israel from Oakland International Airport, and proposes a “Cities of Conscience Act” letting a city refuse federal use of its port or airport “to deliver military cargo to countries committing genocide or human rights abuses.” A campaign blog post dated October 22, 2026 (“Yes, It’s Pro-Israel Money.”) restates “I support Israel’s right to exist” and says that “statements from high-ranking Israeli officials show intent to destroy Palestinians in Gaza, and that this, together with the death and destruction, constitutes genocide”; of the few ways Congress can assert authority over arms sales, it says, “the most direct of which is cutting funding,” adding, “This was exactly the Massie amendment.”
A 4, on a record that is all campaign copy. She names the genocide in Gaza in her own voice. On arms, her campaign’s Oakland page (online by October 7, 2026) says she “stands with” the coalition led by the Palestinian Youth Movement that wants the Port of Oakland to bar military cargo it says is bound for Israel from Oakland International Airport. It calls Block the Bombs “falling short,” as the bill omits the F-35 parts at issue, and proposes a “Cities of Conscience Act” letting a city refuse federal use of its port or airport “to deliver military cargo to countries committing genocide or human rights abuses.” Her campaign blog argues that Israel “can afford to maintain their own Iron Dome and defenses” and says Palestine should be free. She has made no pledge on military aid as a whole, and her homepage says she “supports Israel’s right to exist.” Counter-case: 3/4, since her measure is local and procedural, she has pledged no vote on arms or aid, and no interview or debate backs the web copy.
