Tier 2, “Mainstream pro-Israel”
A staunchly pro-Israel Democrat in a swing seat (PA-10), DMFI-endorsed in both 2024 and 2026. She says 'the US is Israel's most staunch ally and we need to continue to stand beside her,' backs 'Israel's right to root out Hamas and decimate it,' declined to join Schumer's call for Netanyahu's ouster, and frames a ceasefire around Hamas returning the hostages. She supports a two-state outcome and humanitarian aid, and dodged a question on conditioning weapons by deferring to the district. In an October 2026 WITF questionnaire she wrote that “innocent civilians are getting caught in the crossfire,” that the U.S. should “ensure civilians are protected and receive the resources they need while pushing for a two-state solution,” and that “Every country that receives aid from the United States should be held to American values and standards,” adding, “I support the continuation of humanitarian assistance.”
A firm mainstream pro-Israel 2. DMFI-endorsed twice, she describes the US as Israel's 'most staunch ally,' affirms its right to defend itself and decimate Hamas, and declined to call for Netanyahu's ouster (deferring to Israeli democracy). Her humanitarian notes (aid, a hostage-conditioned ceasefire, an eventual two-state) sit inside that robust pro-Israel posture, and asked about weapons for Israel she has deferred to the district (May 2026) or answered in general terms (September and October 2026) rather than taking a conditioning stance; her October 2026 line that every aid recipient “should be held to American values and standards” names no condition on Israel. What separates her from 1/2 is her October 2026 answer that “innocent civilians are getting caught in the crossfire” and that the U.S. should “ensure civilians are protected and receive the resources they need,” with no line on Israel’s self-defense beside it. No arms-block, aid-Nay, or genocide language, so no critical through-line for a Tier 3.
