Tier 3, “Pro-Israel, critical”

Position

Asked by iVoterGuide in 2026 whether the U.S. relationship with Israel is important, he answered: “Recent polls show an astounding 70-point collapse in support for Israel over the past eight years. We have gotten way too entangled with Israel.” In an October 6, 2026 Wyoming Public Media interview he said: “We need to trade, but not be in these military alliances with what they’re talking about with Israel right now through the NDAA. I’m totally against that.” In 2020 he answered “Agree” to iVoterGuide’s statement “I support BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanction) against Israel if they refuse to allow the creation of a Palestinian state.” A Mountain View resident and former chairman of the Constitution Party of Wyoming, he is making his third run for the state's House seat; his 2024 campaign site, as quoted by Ballotpedia, called for leaving the United Nations, defunding the World Health Organization, securing the border and protecting medical freedom and property rights.

Why this tier

A 3, on a thin record: one questionnaire answer and one radio remark from 2026, and a 2020 check-box. Asked by iVoterGuide in 2026 whether the U.S. relationship with Israel is important, he cited polls showing a collapse in support for Israel and wrote: “We have gotten way too entangled with Israel.” Closing an October 2026 Wyoming Public Media interview with the founders’ warnings against foreign alliances, he said: “We need to trade, but not be in these military alliances with what they’re talking about with Israel right now through the NDAA. I’m totally against that.” That pulls back from the alliance with Israel by name, on America First grounds, but names no cut to aid or arms and says nothing about Gaza, Palestinians or the genocide. In 2020 he marked “Agree” on supporting BDS against Israel if it refuses to allow a Palestinian state: a conditional check-box from before October 2023, not repeated since. His 2026 site and 2024 platform never mention Israel. Counter-case: 3/4, since both 2026 statements single out Israel and the 2020 answer accepts boycott and sanctions.
