Tier 3/4, between “Pro-Israel, critical” and “Critical / conditions aid”
Sitting Connecticut state representative who challenged John Larson in CT-1 and finished third of four with 8% on Aug 11, 2026; Larson also lost, to Luke Bronin. In the CT Mirror’s account of the July 28, 2026 primary debate, she called Israel’s war in Gaza a “genocide” and said she does not support the U.S. sending additional aid; asked to name votes she would have cast differently from Larson, she cited his vote against the July 2026 amendment that would have cut off more U.S. aid to Israel. Track AIPAC endorsed.
A 3/4, on a thin record: a single primary debate, known through the CT Mirror’s account. At the July 28, 2026 debate she called Israel’s war in Gaza a “genocide,” said she does not support the U.S. sending additional aid and wanted the overall military budget reduced, and named John Larson’s vote against the July 2026 amendment that would have cut off more U.S. aid to Israel as one she would have cast differently. That pairs the genocide with opposition to further aid, but it is one appearance, reported in the reporter’s words rather than hers; no position paper or other statement of hers was found, and no state legislative record on the subject. Track AIPAC’s endorsement is the only other signal. Counter-case: 4, since both positions were taken on a debate stage under challenge.
