Tier 4, “Critical / conditions aid”
Libertarian Army veteran of two Iraq deployments and Topeka delivery driver, making a second run for KS-2 on ending all wars, closing foreign bases and abolishing the income tax. Asked by KSNW in October 2024 what the U.S. should do about Israel and Gaza, he said “The U.S. needs to immediately stop funding Israel, and then never go back to funding it. Any weapons or money sent just increases the number of atrocities able to be committed,” and urged “Defund Israel”; his 2026 Ballotpedia survey, which opposes sending any money abroad, adds “Stop funding genocide!” without naming a country. In KSNW’s October 2026 questionnaire he repeated the Israel answer and named the genocide as Israel’s: “The US should quit funding Israel completely. Not only as regards our funding of their outright genocide in the region, but all funding period, forever. Not another dollar, forever.”
A 4, on a thin record: two questionnaire answers about Israel, in 2024 and 2026. Asked by KSNW in October 2024 what the U.S. should do about Israel, Hamas and Palestine, he went past the all-foreign-aid stance he shares with most Libertarians: “The U.S. needs to immediately stop funding Israel, and then never go back to funding it,” because “Any weapons or money sent just increases the number of atrocities able to be committed.” That is a permanent end to U.S. funding, named for Israel and argued on what Israel does with the weapons. In KSNW’s October 2026 questionnaire he repeated it and named the genocide as Israel’s: “The US should quit funding Israel completely. Not only as regards our funding of their outright genocide in the region, but all funding period, forever.” What holds it at 4: both are short questionnaire answers set inside a blanket end to all foreign funding, and he never states an embargo on arms sales. Counter-case: 4/5, since he names the genocide as Israel’s and would end U.S. funding to Israel for good.
