Jonathan Chavez

R · U.S. House, GA-13 · not rated

Position

His one stated position is from his 2022 run in GA-4: on iVoterGuide’s questionnaire he marked “Strongly Disagree” with supporting the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement to pressure Israel; he left its Israel question unanswered in 2024 and 2026. A 23-year Air Force veteran with graduate degrees from Harvard and Johns Hopkins, he faces Jasmine Clark in GA-13 and runs on jobs, healthcare access, education, term limits and "an America First foreign policy."

Why not rated

Not rated: his site (home, Meet Jonathan, Issues) speaks of an America First foreign policy and “peace through strength,” and neither it, the October 2026 plan posted there, nor his Ballotpedia surveys (2022, 2025) mention Israel or Gaza; his only position on record is the 2022 iVoterGuide answer opposing BDS.
