Tier 5, “Critical on most positions”

Position

LaRouche movement organizer on his second run against Ritchie Torres; his 2024 key messages led with “Stop The Genocide”. His foreign-policy page calls “The genocide taking place in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank” “perhaps the most satanic manifestation of our foreign policy today”; a 2024 statement decried “the horrific butchery of tens of thousands of Palestinian women and children in Gaza” and urged voters to “Reject AIPAC”. In August 2024 he formally endorsed a statement by Chandra Muzaffar of the International Movement for a Just World calling for a UN “Uniting for Peace” session to “impose an embargo upon the flow of arms to both Israel and Hamas” and for a settlement “establishing a state where there is equality for all its citizens” with “the right of return of all Palestinian refugees”. In an October 12, 2026 campaign statement he said Torres “had joined the Epstein class, especially its population war against the Palestinians,” and, “To stop the killing in Palestine,” endorsed the LaRouche movement’s Oasis Plan for Southwest Asia.

Why this tier

A 5, on a thin record. He names the genocide in his own voice and has run on stopping it since 2024, when his key messages led with “Stop The Genocide.” In August 2024 he formally endorsed, on his campaign site, a statement by Chandra Muzaffar of the International Movement for a Just World urging UN member states to invoke the “Uniting for Peace” resolution, which it says can “impose an embargo upon the flow of arms to both Israel and Hamas.” Endorsing it put his name to an arms embargo. The same statement looks to a settlement “establishing a state where there is equality for all its citizens regardless of religion or ethnicity,” with “the right of return of all Palestinian refugees,” positions that question Israel’s legitimacy as a Jewish state. Those rest on that single endorsed statement, in another author’s words, with no office or vote behind them. Counter-case: 5/6, since a statement he endorsed on his own site adopts its words as a signed letter would.
