Tier 3, “Pro-Israel, critical”

Position

An Air Force (Desert Shield) veteran and cancer research scientist, she won the March 2026 Democratic primary to face Rep. Mike Bost; her site says “No corporate PAC/AIPAC funds accepted,” and her press kit faults Bost for voting for an NDAA that “expands defense cooperation with Israel.” On Bluesky she called his vote for the NDAA with Section 219, “voting to integrate Israeli & U.S. military,” “NOT America first!” (July 2026), wrote that “A Congress funded by Israel is a Congress influenced by Israel” (August 2026), and faulted his vote for H.R. 8595, “which included $3.3 billion in security assistance for Israel,” asking whether “the people at home should come first” (September 2026). No statement on Gaza or Palestinians was found.

Why this tier

A 3, on a thin record: four 2026 Bluesky posts and a press-kit line, all aimed at her opponent, Rep. Mike Bost. She said his vote for the NDAA with Section 219, “voting to integrate Israeli & U.S. military,” was “NOT America first!” (July 2026), and faulted his vote for H.R. 8595, “which included $3.3 billion in security assistance for Israel,” asking whether “the people at home should come first” (September 2026). She refuses AIPAC money and wrote that “A Congress funded by Israel is a Congress influenced by Israel.” That singles out U.S. military support for Israel by name, argued on America First and cost-of-living grounds, but none of these says the aid should end or carry conditions, and her issues page, about page and press kit say nothing on Gaza, Palestinians or how the war is fought. Counter-cases: 3/4, reading her objections to the aid and to the military integration as a call to stop them; or 2/3, since she proposes no step on aid or weapons and says nothing of Israel’s conduct.
