Larry Davis

R · U.S. House, LA-6 · not rated

Position

Asked in iVoterGuide’s 2026 questionnaire whether the U.S. relationship with Israel is important, he answered without naming Israel: “All of our allies play a vital role in advancing America’s global leadership and strategic interests. Each partnership should be treated with the same level of respect and commitment our allies extend to us.” He added that alliances should be “balanced, reciprocal relationships.” A licensed minister and host of “The Larry Davis Show,” he calls himself “Louisiana’s only America First congressional candidate” and lists among his priorities “opposing foreign influence over U.S. economic, energy, and security decisions,” without naming any country.

Why not rated

Not rated: his one statement touching Israel is the 2026 iVoterGuide answer quoted above, which speaks of allies in general and of “balanced, reciprocal relationships” without naming Israel, and says nothing on aid, weapons, Gaza or Palestinians; in the same questionnaire he chose the view that the U.S. “has become too involved in others’ policies.” His 2026 Ballotpedia survey, campaign site (home, policies and story pages) and the recent episode titles of his YouTube show contain nothing on Israel or Gaza. The “foreign influence” line names no country and cannot be read as a position on Israel. Unrated until a position on aid or arms is stated.
