Lynn Chapman
I · U.S. House, NV-2 · not rated
The Independent American Party’s NV-2 nominee for a second time, she has no campaign website, Ballotpedia survey or published platform. Asked in iVoterGuide’s 2026 general-election questionnaire whether the U.S. relationship with Israel is important, Chapman answered: “Israel is an ally and friend. The relationship is important, but we do have to be careful that Israel doesn't dictate their wants/needs over our American Citizen's wants/needs. The relationship needs to be balanced.”
Not rated: the one statement on Israel is the 2026 iVoterGuide answer quoted above. Her answer calls Israel “an ally and friend” but warns that Israel must not “dictate their wants/needs” over Americans’ and wants the relationship “balanced”: ally words with an America First qualification, and nothing on aid, weapons, Gaza or Palestinians. Ballotpedia carries no 2024 or 2026 survey or campaign site, and the Independent American Party of Nevada’s site lists her candidacy without a statement; the party’s platform (no undeclared foreign wars, leaving the UN and NATO) does not mention Israel. Counter-case: a thin 1/2 on the ally words. Unrated until a position on aid or arms is stated.
