Tier 3/4, between “Pro-Israel, critical” and “Critical / conditions aid”
A Palestinian-American Libertarian born in the West Bank, he would “end U.S. military aid to foreign governments, including Israel, Ukraine, Jordan, and Egypt,” and wants AIPAC held to the foreign-agent registration law (WHQR, October 2026); his campaign site adds, “Most Americans want the killing in Gaza to end. Instead, we are funneling more and more weapons to Israel.” His 2026 billboards, shown on his campaign site until mid-October, paired ICE with the IDF as “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” and called “the israel lobby” Rep. Rouzer’s second-largest donor; in his 2002 Libertarian run against Rep. Tom Lantos he backed the return of Palestinian refugees “to their homes” (WRMEA).
A 3/4. His pledge to “end U.S. military aid to foreign governments, including Israel, Ukraine, Jordan, and Egypt” is a blanket Libertarian position, from a platform that would pull the U.S. out of every war that is not purely defensive, so what places him is what he says about Israel in particular. That is pointed but narrow: 2026 billboards pairing ICE with the IDF as “BIRDS OF A FEATHER” and naming “the israel lobby” as Rep. Rouzer’s second-largest donor (taken off his site in October), the charge that Rouzer’s “acceptance of donations from a lobbyist for a foreign country clearly skews his priorities,” a call to enforce the foreign-agent law against “organizations such as AIPAC that clearly lobby on behalf of a foreign nation,” and an objection to 2025 FEMA grant terms that would have required states not to boycott Israeli companies. He has not named the genocide; on Israel in particular, his campaign site (October 2026) says “We need to stop arming Israel and other foreign regimes like Egypt, Jordan and the Ukraine” and “Most Americans want the killing in Gaza to end. Instead, we are funneling more and more weapons to Israel.” Counter-case: 4, on an Israel-specific record that goes back to a 2002 run against Rep. Tom Lantos in which, WRMEA reported, he backed the return of Palestinian refugees.
