Marisa Simonetti

I · U.S. Senate, Minnesota · not rated

Position

An unaffiliated Plymouth businesswoman, she runs on constitutional rights, open-source transparency and housing-centered affordability; her campaign site’s National Security section said, in September 2026, “I support a strong defense, but I also believe in diplomacy, disaster preparedness, and cybersecurity.” Asked in iVoterGuide’s 2026 general-election questionnaire whether the U.S. relationship with Israel is important, Simonetti answered: “Many are concerned about the influence of AIPAC donors. I support Jewish people, not predatory and exploitative behavior.”

Why not rated

Not rated: the one statement on Israel is the 2026 iVoterGuide answer quoted above. Her answer points to concern about “the influence of AIPAC donors” and separates support for “Jewish people” from “predatory and exploitative behavior,” but it takes no position on Israel, its aid or weapons, Gaza or Palestinians. Her campaign site's issue sections (as archived in September 2026), her 2024 and 2025 Ballotpedia surveys and her KAXE guide answers (Sept 2026) contain no position on Israel, Gaza, Palestine or military aid. Unrated until a position is stated.
