Tier 4, “Critical / conditions aid”
He is an Army veteran (a cryptologic linguist deployed to southern Syria) and public defender. His campaign site’s “Stance on the War in Israel” (as posted in October 2026) says Israel’s “indiscriminate bombing and killing of civilians are clearly war crimes, and I believe the United States must cease all economic, political, and military support for Israel until they cease their campaign of violence and aggression,” after opening: “Every country has the absolute right to defend itself and its people. No country has the right to wage genocide.”
A 4, on a thin record: one three-sentence paragraph on his campaign site and one Bluesky post. In his own words, Israel’s “indiscriminate bombing and killing of civilians are clearly war crimes,” and the United States “must cease all economic, political, and military support for Israel until they cease their campaign of violence and aggression” — an end to all U.S. support, argued on what Israel is doing. What holds it at 4 rather than 4/5: the cutoff lasts “until” the violence stops, and his site implies the genocide (“No country has the right to wage genocide”) rather than naming it as Israel’s, though in February 2026 he wrote on Bluesky that “Israel’s indiscriminate bombing of Gaza and the West Bank is tantamount to Genocide” and that the United States “must withhold all financial and military support from Israel until it stops its genocidal campaign, ceases its war crimes, and transfers power over Palestine to the Palestinian Authority.” The paragraph opens with “Every country has the absolute right to defend itself and its people,” a general principle that leads into the accusation. In the same Bluesky thread he added: “I will never accept funding from AIPAC.” Counter-case: 3/4, on two short statements.
