Tier 4, “Critical / conditions aid”

Position

At an August 2026 runoff debate she said of Benjamin Netanyahu, “He is committing genocide. He is absolutely murdering children,” adding, “We have to stop providing funding for these wars”; she backed the ICC arrest warrants for Israeli leaders, and had earlier expressed “solidarity with Palestine” and called for an end to “unconditional funding of Israel’s military” (JTA). She rejects AIPAC money (“It’s garbage”), and told JTA her concerns have “NEVER been about Jewish people, Judaism, or Israel’s existence” while backing a two-state solution. Interviewed on Hasan Piker’s Twitch stream on October 29, 2026 and asked whether she would vote for “an immediate total arms embargo on Israel,” she answered “yes, like a full embargo,” said aid to Gaza should be restored “because I don’t think that kids should be dying,” and added: “this is not an antisemitic conversation. This is anti-Zionism. … I’m anti-Zionistic.” In the same interview’s rapid-fire round she said yes to “Ending aid to Israel?” and “A free Palestine?” and “Hell, yeah” to “Sanctioning Israel?”

Why this tier

A 4. As a challenger, she has no votes in Congress, so her words are the record. They reach past supportive-but-critical: genocide in her own voice, a call to “stop providing funding for these wars,” an explicit end to unconditional military funding, and support for the ICC warrants. On an October 29, 2026 livestream she went further, answering “yes, like a full embargo,” saying yes to ending aid to Israel and calling herself “anti-Zionistic.” What holds her at 4 is the hedge around those words: she pins the genocide on Netanyahu rather than on Israel, backs a two-state solution and told JTA her concerns have “NEVER been about … Israel’s existence,” and the embargo answer came in a friendly livestream in the campaign’s last week. Counter-cases: 3/4, setting the livestream answers aside as untested; 4/5, taking the full embargo and the anti-Zionist self-description at their word.
