Tier 4, “Critical / conditions aid”

Position

She is a Miami attorney (litigation, health-care, privacy and AI law). In her own voice: “What is happening in Gaza is a genocide, and the United States is funding it” and “I will refuse to fund genocide” (campaign Substack, July 2026); her campaign’s Palestine page says the United States “cannot keep sending weapons, ammunition, and diplomatic cover while claiming clean hands” and calls for “strict human-rights conditions on aid, full enforcement of existing U.S. law” and independent investigations. She refuses corporate PAC money; Track AIPAC, which backs candidates who reject AIPAC support, endorses her.

Why this tier

A 4. She names the genocide repeatedly in her own voice — “What is happening in Gaza is a genocide, and the United States is funding it,” “I will refuse to fund genocide” (July 2026) — and says the U.S. “cannot keep sending weapons, ammunition, and diplomatic cover while claiming clean hands.” But the policy she writes down is conditions: “strict human-rights conditions on aid, full enforcement of existing U.S. law” and independent investigations, with nothing on defensive systems. That is conditioning, however often the genocide is named. Nothing questions Israel’s legitimacy (“This is not about being anti-Israeli or anti-anyone”). Counter-case: 4/5, reading “I will refuse to fund genocide” and “cannot keep sending weapons” together as a cut-off while the genocide continues.
