D · U.S. House, NJ-4 · Tier 2/3

Tier 2/3, between “Mainstream pro-Israel” and “Pro-Israel, critical”

Position

Her one documented statement on Israel came in WHYY’s September 2026 voter guide, which reported her concern that the U.S. has sent Israel billions of dollars in military aid without oversight: “In 2024, our own State Department did a federal audit which said that the U.S. weapons that are being sold to Israel are being used in ways that are inconsistent with humanitarian law,” she said, and “We need to look at where the dollars are going, and if the weapons that are going over there are being used in ways that are not aligned with our values as a nation.” A Jersey Shore public-relations entrepreneur and single mother challenging Rep. Chris Smith, she runs on guaranteed health care, child care, paid leave, campaign-finance reform and ending the Iran war; her campaign lists AIPAC Out of NJ among its endorsers, and a Sway voting group titled “Reject AIPAC from City Council to Congress” lists her among its endorsements.

Why this tier

A 2/3, on a thin record: one statement. In WHYY’s September 2026 voter guide she said that “In 2024, our own State Department did a federal audit which said that the U.S. weapons that are being sold to Israel are being used in ways that are inconsistent with humanitarian law,” and that “We need to look at where the dollars are going, and if the weapons that are going over there are being used in ways that are not aligned with our values as a nation.” That questions how U.S. weapons are used and calls for a hard look at the aid, without a pledge to condition or withhold it. Her published policy agenda (18 planks), her 2026 Candidate Connection survey, her About and Press pages, and her Integrity Index and Civoren profiles never mention Israel, Gaza, Palestine or AIPAC, though her Endorsements page lists AIPAC Out of NJ; her “End Forever Wars” plank is about Iran only. Counter-cases: 3, if the call to look at where the weapons go is read as conditioning; unrated, since it is one statement.
