Tier 1/2, between “Firmly pro-Israel” and “Mainstream pro-Israel”

Position

Operation Rescue founder and 2024 Constitution Party presidential nominee, on the VA-7 ballot as an independent after 2026 bids in New Jersey and Hawaii; his campaign centers on anti-abortion TV ads. At an October 2024 presidential debate he said “Israel has the right to do what it can to eradicate the leadership of Hezbollah and Hamas and the rest of them who are committed to destroying Israel,” traced the region’s conflicts to “the heart and the soul and the founding of Islam itself,” and said “True Islam is a threat to freedom.”

Why this tier

A 1/2, on a thin record. His one documented statement on Israel is unqualified support for Israel’s war on Hamas and Hezbollah, paired with anti-Muslim framing of the whole region — zero daylight and no concern for Palestinian civilians. But his brand is anti-abortion activism, not Israel: no authored legislation, no pro-Israel fundraising role, and one debate answer is not a hardline Israel brand, so not a clean 1. Open to a clean 1 if a sustained record of maximalist Israel rhetoric surfaces.
