Randy Fine

R · U.S. House, FL-6 · Tier 1

Tier 1, “Firmly pro-Israel”

Position

The self-styled “Hebrew Hammer” and one of the roster’s firmest champions. He authored the No Antisemitism in Education Act federalizing the IHRA definition, sits on Foreign Affairs, and pairs marquee pro-Israel legislating with maximalist Gaza rhetoric (invoking the unconditional-surrender nuking of Japan as a model). AIPAC- and RJC-backed. On Sep 29, 2026 Fine demanded that DHS detain and deport the Palestinian photojournalist Motaz Azaiza: “Motaz Azaiza literally admitted Hamas dictated his work. @DHSgov should detain him and @SecRubio should revoke his visa. Get him the hell out of this country.” On Oct 24, 2026, sharing Rep. Clay Fuller’s post calling CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organizations, he wrote: “They are not civil rights groups — they are terrorist organizations that seek to undermine our country from within. The West will not surrender.” In a video endorsing Republican David Flippo in Nevada’s 2nd District, reported Oct 26, he said Flippo’s Democratic opponent Teresa Benitez-Thompson “is not a safe choice if you are Jewish” because “She supports restoring funding for the Hamas-linked UNRWA” and shares donors with Abdul El-Sayed, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib: “That’s the last thing we need in Congress, someone who supports Muslim terror.”

Why this tier

A Tier 1 on many counts. He authored his own marquee legislation (the No Antisemitism in Education Act codifying IHRA, plus a Florida record of anti-BDS and IHRA laws), sits on House Foreign Affairs, brands himself the “Hebrew Hammer,” aggressively targets his critics, and uses maximalist Gaza rhetoric — authored legislation, a maximalist brand, and a proactive posture all at once, with no expressed concern for Palestinian civilians.
