Tier 4, “Critical / conditions aid”
In a statement carried by Blue America in August 2025 he wrote “Yes, it is genocide. It is being perpetuated by Israel’s extremist government through their relentless bombardment, siege, and displacement of the Palestinian people, funded with American dollars and armed with American bombs,” and that “We need leaders who will name genocide when it is happening, who will stop sending weapons to fuel it.” His campaign site repeated it in March 2026 — “In Gaza, we are watching a genocide” — adding that self-determination “applies to Palestinians.” A pastor and nonprofit leader challenging Rep. Steve Womack in AR-3, he is endorsed by Track AIPAC.
A 4. As a challenger, he has no votes in Congress, so his words are the record: the genocide named three times in his own voice (August 2025, February 2026 and March 2026), tied to American bombs, together with a call to “stop sending weapons to fuel it”, with no right-to-defend or two-state frame holding him back. What keeps it from 4/5 is that he has stated no end to all military aid or defensive systems, and no position questioning Israel’s legitimacy. Counter-case: 3/4, because the weapons line describes the leaders he says are needed rather than an itemized pledge of his own, comes from a supportive outlet carrying his statement, and his campaign platform itself names no weapons position.
