Tier 3/4, between “Pro-Israel, critical” and “Critical / conditions aid”
A 55-year-old retiree and the Libertarian nominee in KS-1, running on the national debt and ending wars. One of the three key messages in his 2026 Ballotpedia survey reads: “End the wars. Both sides fund Isreal and fund genocide.”
A 3/4, on a single survey line. He names the genocide in his own voice and ties it to both parties' funding of Israel, which points toward 4, but he states no pledge on weapons or military aid, and his other foreign-policy words are general (“End the wars”; at an October 2026 forum he called the Libertarians “the anti-war party”). Counter-cases: a 4 if the line is read as a pledge to stop funding Israel; a 3 because it is one terse sentence.
