Tier 3, “Pro-Israel, critical”
A perennial candidate, running as an independent since 2022, whose only statement on Israel and Palestine is his 2024 Ballotpedia survey, written in his own idiosyncratic style. There he condemned “the bombing of Gaza and the children of Palestine” and the killing of aid workers “trying to help feed starving children” as wrong, said military finance going to Ukraine “and even that going to the Middle East” should be “curtailed” and “tamped down,” and called for doing away with “APAC and the war bombers PAC,” which he says he will run without “taking bribes from.”
A 3, on thin and dated evidence. In his own words he names the bombing of Gaza's children and the killing of aid workers as wrong — concern for Palestinian civilians with no Israeli-self-defense caveat — and he wants military finance to the Middle East cut back, which is a step toward limiting weapons but not a pledge to withhold them. The survey never names Israel or uses the word genocide, and it dates from his 2024 run; he has filed no 2026 survey. A 3/4 is arguable on his anti-war and anti-AIPAC framing; NR is arguable if a two-year-old, loosely worded survey answer is too thin to rate.
