Victoria Broderick

Tier 3/4, between “Pro-Israel, critical” and “Critical / conditions aid”
Her answers to the Vote Rutherford candidate questionnaire for the August 2026 primary list “Cut funding to Israel” among her priorities, beside “End the Iran War,” and say she took “no corporate PAC or AIPAC funding” in 2024; in a March 2026 podcast interview she said she signed a “pro-peace” commitment in 2024 refusing AIPAC money and that she “openly supported the Palestinian people.” A tech worker and mother of two who became her county's Democratic Party chair after Roe was overturned, she runs on safety, affordability and freedom — healthcare, education, reproductive freedom, gun safety and money out of politics.
A 3/4, on a thin record: one line in a questionnaire. Her answers to the Vote Rutherford candidate questionnaire for the August 2026 primary list “Cut funding to Israel” among her priorities, beside “End the Iran War,” with no reason given. It is a call of her own, unprompted and unhedged, that names Israel alone, and it sits beside her account, in a March 2026 podcast, of signing a “pro-peace” commitment in 2024 refusing AIPAC money and saying she “openly supported the Palestinian people.” She has said nothing on Gaza, the genocide or arms sales. Her campaign site (all pages, including her platform page) and her 2024 and 2025 Ballotpedia surveys do not mention Israel, Gaza or Palestine; her platform’s promise of “real accountability on how and why we commit to military engagements” names no country. Counter-case: a 3, because “cut” is less than “end” and the line gives no reason rooted in Israel’s conduct.
