Every member of Congress who registered a directional signal — a crossing vote, an arms-block vote, or a bill sponsorship — on the votes that actually discriminate on Palestine and Israel. Warm marks lean pro-Israel; cool marks lean critical. Filter to the members running in a tracked 2026 race, or read the whole chamber.
What this ledger is. A signals map, not a full attendance record. A member appears here only if they registered a directional signal on at least one tracked item. A blank cell means no signal on that item — either the member voted the party-line default, wasn't in office, or (for the confounded aid votes) cast a vote that carries no signal. It is not read as an abstention.
The confounded aid votes. H.R.7217 and H.R.6126 were both tangled up with unrelated politics — 7217 was a failed two-thirds suspension gambit, 6126 was bundled with IRS funding cuts. Following the project's standing rule, only a Democratic Yea is shown on these two, as a pro-Israel signal; a Nay carries no signal and is left blank. Republican votes on these are omitted entirely because the party-line pull makes them uninformative.
Directional shading. Warm marks lean pro-Israel; cool marks lean critical. The colour reflects the direction of the signal on this project’s axis, not the raw Yea/Nay. The five Senate arms-disapproval resolutions are two-sided: a Yea blocked the arms sale (cool, critical) and a Nay let it proceed (warm, pro-Israel), so both directions are recorded. The band count for those columns is the number who voted to block.
Tiers and the candidate filter. The tier badge and the "tracked 2026 candidates only" toggle apply to members in the elect26 roster. Roster members show in full color with their tier; everyone else is dimmed. Toggling the filter narrows the ledger to just the 101 tracked candidates who carry a signal.
